Service Contracts

Like your car, heating and cooling equipment requires occasional service. Filters must be changed, bearings greased, fan belts adjusted, coils washed, and contactors inspected. Preventative maintenance not only prolongs the life of your equipment, it also allows repairs to be made before major breakdowns occur.

To help our customers reduce the risk of equipment failures and high repair costs, CCS offers several preventative maintenance programs.

Filter Maintenance

It is imperative that the filters in heating and cooling units be kept clean. This program establishes a fixed schedule for filter replacement. The period between filter changes is calculated on;

  1. The nature of your business

  2. The location of equipment

  3. The history of how quickly the filters become contaminated. 

The program includes new exact-match filters, installation of the filters, and removal of the old filters.

Preventative Maintenance

With proper scheduled maintenance, our customers benefit through a reduction in system failures and reduced energy costs. By replacing components before they fail, the reliability of your systems is greatly increased. Also, by keeping the systems in peak operating condition, energy costs are reduced.

Full Service Agreement

Like a ‘bumper-to-bumper’ extended warranty contract on your car, this program covers all periodic maintenance and repairs of your heating and cooling equipment throughout the year. With this type of agreement, the total cost of maintenance can be budgeted and paid for in easy monthly installments. It is an ideal way to remove the ‘unknown’ repair costs associated with your systems. If a problem occurs, we will fix it at no charge.
